Group coaching with me offers the perfect balance of expert guidance, accountability, and community. You’ll still receive personalized support and progress tracking, but with the added motivation of growing alongside a small, supportive group of women on similar journeys. Together, we train using low-impact, TRX-based strength workouts, build emotional resilience with HeartMath tools, and create sustainable wellness habits that fit your life. The energy, connection, and shared wins in group coaching make the experience powerful, uplifting, and fun—you’ll feel seen, supported, and never alone.
Virtual group coaching is a monthly membership based program which includes unlimited on-demand and live weekly virtual training sessions using low-impact, TRX-based strength workouts that you can do from home or the gym. Each participant receives a set of TRX Suspension Training Straps, along with personalized guidance, HeartMath resilience tools, nutrition and supplement support, and group accountability. You’ll get the structure you need, the support you deserve, and the motivation that comes from showing up with a powerful community of women working toward the same goal—feeling strong, energized, and confident.
